At The Cove Apartments, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and adjustments to your bookings.
Reservation Cancellations
- Cancellation Window:
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the check-in date. - Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date and fail to notify us in advance will be charged for the full reservation amount.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the appropriate timeframe.
- Refunds will not be provided for partially used stays or early checkouts.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Modification of Reservations
- Guests may modify their bookings (e.g., change dates or upgrade rooms) subject to availability. Any changes resulting in a higher rate will require payment of the difference.
- For modifications made within 48 hours of the check-in date, a modification fee may apply.
Non-Refundable Promotions
Special deals or discounted packages are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the offer details.
